Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the EightSaf wallet extension.

1.Acceptance

By installing or using EightSaf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

2.What EightSaf Is

EightSaf is a non-custodial browser extension wallet for the Safrochain blockchain. “Non-custodial” means:

  • We do not hold your funds
  • We do not have access to your recovery phrase or private keys
  • We cannot reverse, cancel, or recover transactions
  • We cannot reset your password or restore a lost recovery phrase

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.

3.Your Recovery Phrase

Your 24-word recovery phrase is the master key to your wallet. Anyone who has it has full, irrecoverable access to your funds.

  • Write it down and store it offline in a safe place
  • Never share it with anyone, including EightSaf support

Warning

EightSaf will NEVER ask for your recovery phrase.

If you lose your recovery phrase and forget your password, your funds are permanently inaccessible — we cannot help you recover them.

4.No Warranties

EightSaf is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use at your own risk.

5.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EightSaf and its developers shall not be liable for any loss of funds, data, or profit arising from:

  • Your failure to secure your recovery phrase or password
  • Bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities in the extension or the Safrochain network
  • Transactions sent to incorrect addresses
  • Hardware or software failure on your device
  • Any third-party dApp you connect to using EightSaf

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Always verify recipient addresses before sending.

6.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EightSaf for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion.

7.Third-Party dApps

EightSaf allows you to connect to third-party decentralized applications. We are not responsible for the security, content, or behavior of any dApp. Always verify a dApp's legitimacy before approving a connection.

8.Updates

We may update the extension and these Terms at any time. Continued use of EightSaf after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where EightSaf is registered.
